The EDF Energy London Eye is a giant 135 metre tall Ferris wheel which is situated on the banks of the river thames in London. It is the tallest Ferris wheel in Europe and the most popular paid tourist attraction in the whole of the UK. It gives a 360º view of London and some close attractions which are visible from the eye include Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Waterloo Station, Hungerford Bridge and Westminster Bridge. The eye can be compared to the Eiffel Tower of Paris, only better :)
